OwnerKevin founded Dry Otter Waterproofing in 2013. Having 20 years of waterproofing experience at the time, Kevin was determined to pave his own way and create his own company in the waterproofing industry. Kevin now celebrates over 10 years in business, 30 years of experience, and ownership of a company to be proud of.
Mark Johnston
OwnerMark provides advice and mentoring to the Dry Otter team. With 18 years of residential waterproofing experience, he has worked in all aspects of the business from inspections, sales, install, and operations.
Lorissa Ford
Production ManagerStarting out as a customer care representative, Lorissa has expanded her role to production manager. Her dedication to ordering supplies, scheduling work, and managing crews is vital.
David Bess
Inspection Team ManagerDavid brings a hands-on, strategic approach to leadership, shaped by his background in automotive service. A dedicated husband and father of three in Denver, NC.

InspectorMichael attended the Architectural Technology program at Wilkes Community College and has spent time as a Licensed Home Inspector and Real Estate Agent in North Carolina. He excels in identifying defects in homes, offering effective solutions with expertise in waterproofing.
